Honorable Lordship,

I hope that this letter finds you in the best of your health and I pray for your lordship safety and well-being in these trying times amid the ongoing 3rd wave of Novel-Coronavirus,

Being the elected representative of the apex lawyers body of the Country, it is my duty to draw your lordship kind attention towards the problems faced by the lawyers' community at large

Your lordship, Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan (SCBAP) is in receipt of numerous verbal as well as written complaints from its members who are very much perturbed due to the issues related to case management. This includes refusal of early hearing applications, non-fixation of urgent matters, and delay in issuance of cause lists. Perhaps my lord, the root cause behind such issues is sheer incompetence and lacking ability, especially of the deputations staff whose failure in transecting simple administrative matters is a cogent reason behind such issues.

Your lordship, lawyers are the imperative part of our entire judicial paradigm and the issues perturbing them cannot be left unattended for the good of both the Bench and the Bar" as the normal and obvious end result of such issues will be gainful for our legal framework as well as encourage the reason for expedient agreement of equity to the overall population.

In the end, I would like to assure full cooperation and assistance on behalf of the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan (SCBAP) for the redressal of such issues...
